One-On-One Personal Training & Fitness Coaching

35-45 minutes: $45 and up
60-75 minutes: $55 and up

Custom fitness coaching, one-on-one, in my gym, your gym, outdoors or indoors, with all focus on your fitness goals. All equipment is provided and sanitized.

Just a few things to expect:

  • Complimentary hydration (water, electrolyte drinks, etc)
  • Step by Step instruction and guidance for proper form
  • Zero judgment, only encouragement to reach your goals

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

As emergencies do arise, and schedule changes are sometimes simply unavoidable, I require that all clients give at least 48-72 hours notice for non-emergency, foreseeable fitness coaching session changes. 

If you need to pause or cancel your coaching sessions, a 14-day notice is required or a negotiated fee may be paid instead.

Please consider that once you are promised a session (date & time), it is your slot on my calendar and because no one else is allowed to book a session that conflicts with your session, last-minute cancellations can prove costly to me. Your last-minute cancellation may cause me to miss out on a valuable opportunity, and in some cases, may prove disruptive to my rest which is needed to perform at my best as a fitness coach.

NO REFUNDS will be given.

DISRESPECTFUL OR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR, CONSTANT OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE, CONTINUOUS ABSENCES, OR REFUSAL TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS shall be grounds for the immediate termination of services without refund!

Virtual One-On-One Coaching Session

Enjoy One-On-One, personalized fitness coaching sessions in the convenience of your home, office, or even your hotel room as you travel! Using your laptop, iPad, phone, or smart TV, you can maximize the time dedicated to your workout and eliminate the need to commute!

For a flat fee, you will have the one-on-one, skills and up-to-date knowledge and information that you need to succeed, for the length of time that you choose! Your program will be reviewed and updated monthly while your progress, questions, or concerns, will be my priority as often as needed.

Nutrition Coaching & Guidance

45-60 minutes: $55 Weekly

Daily support with detailed answers to your nutrition-related questions and advisement, having a laser focus on your fitness goals through nutrition.

As a Certified Nutritionist, my focus is to help you to make conscious, well-informed dietary choices. We will work together to change your body composition as we:

  • Determine your caloric needs for your specific fitness goals, giving you a definite mark to meet
  • Identify any unhealthy eating triggers and institute changes needed to reduce or eliminate
  • Provide you with multiple food item possibilities, meal ideas for pre-workout (if applicable), breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks 
  • Examine healthier food preparation options and provide assistance as needed in tool shopping, recipes, etc.
  • Help you to identify the RDA of necessary vitamins, minerals, and supplements
  • Equip you with more efficient nutrition support tools such as:
    • Food journal app(s)
    • Scale(s) for proper portion measuring
    • Prep containers for home & away

And much, much more, as needed to improve your chances of success in reaching your fitness goals.
